Overall, very impressed with the service provided by JPS. Efficient, skilled and friendly in one complete package - who could ask for more? The finished article had received some very complimentary remarks. I liked the fact that there was just one point of contact, with Andy taking care of everything! I could have gotten three separate parties in to deal with each particular aspect but that would have been an absolute nightmare. This way was a whole lot easier.

Having purchased my kitchen from B&Q, I needed a builder to install it for me. After much searching I heard JPS advertising on Radio Norwich and gave them a call. As it was only a small job (my kitchen is not very big!) several companies were not interested, but Andy and his team came to my rescue. Their service was marvellous, I felt comfortable with them working in my home, and Andy kept me informed of every stage - I would certainly recommend them.

Mr Joyce and his team completely transformed our kitchen and bathroom in a little over a week whilst we were away on holiday. Andy is an honest, straight-talking chap with whom I felt confident from our very first meeting to discuss our project. The day we left, our old kitchen had already been removed! On our return my wife was left speechless - not only was the job finished to an outstanding standard but Andy was there waiting to make sure everything was just so.
